配送ポリシー

MorgRie currently operates with two types of order formats: Spot Goods and Pre-Order Goods.

1. Spot Goods
Shipping Time: We will ship spot goods within 3 business days, excluding weekends.

Delivery Time: Normally, goods arrive within approximately 7-14 days, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for part of the logistics cost. The exact amount depends on the product.

Import Duties: Customs in your country or region may require payment of import duties. You are responsible for any duties assigned by your local authorities.

2. Pre-Order Goods
Shipping Time: Pre-order goods will be delivered approximately 8 weeks after the order is received.

Delivery Schedule: Production times may vary due to unforeseen factors, so delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Production updates will be shared to keep customers informed.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for part of the logistics cost. The exact amount depends on the product.

Import Duties: Customs in your country or region may require payment of import duties. You are responsible for any duties assigned by your local authorities.

3. Shipping Method
We use Yunexpress Express for all shipments.

Shipping costs depend on the destination, size, and weight of the shipment.
