Shipping Policy

MorgRie offers two order types: In-Stock Products and Pre-Order Products. Please review the applicable processing and delivery information before placing your order.

1. In-Stock Products

Dispatch Time

In-stock orders are dispatched within three business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated international delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, local postal services, public holidays and circumstances outside our control. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

2. Pre-Order Products

Estimated Dispatch Time

Pre-order products are generally expected to be dispatched approximately eight weeks after the order is placed.

The estimated dispatch timeframe may vary depending on production schedules and other unforeseen circumstances. Any available production or fulfilment updates will be shared with customers.

The relevant product page may provide a more specific estimated dispatch date or timeframe. Where a product-specific estimate is displayed, that estimate will apply to the order.

Estimated Delivery Time

After a pre-order product has been dispatched, estimated international delivery is 7–14 business days.

3. Orders Containing In-Stock and Pre-Order Products

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the items may be dispatched together after all products become available.

If separate shipping arrangements apply, this will be communicated to the customer where applicable.

4. Shipping Method

MorgRie uses YunExpress for order delivery.

Shipping time may vary depending on the destination, shipment size, shipment weight, customs processing and local delivery services.

5. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping Charges

Unless an eligible free-shipping promotion applies, customers are responsible for the applicable shipping charge displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on the products ordered, delivery destination, package size, package weight and available shipping service. Customers can review the applicable shipping charge before completing payment.

Email Subscriber First-Order Free Shipping

Customers who subscribe to MORGRIE marketing emails are eligible for automatic free shipping on their first order only when all of the following conditions are met:

• The customer has subscribed to MORGRIE marketing emails before checkout.
• The email address entered at checkout is the same email address used for the subscription.
• The customer has not previously placed an order with MORGRIE.
• The qualifying order amount, as calculated at checkout, is at least US$80 or the equivalent amount in the customer’s displayed local currency.
• The order is a one-time product purchase.
• The selected delivery destination and shipping service are available at checkout.

No discount code is required. When all eligibility conditions are met, the free-shipping discount will be applied automatically and displayed before payment. If the discount is not displayed at checkout, the order has not been recognized as eligible and the displayed shipping charge will apply. The offer cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been completed.

This offer may be combined with eligible product or order discounts where permitted at checkout, provided that all eligibility requirements remain satisfied. Free shipping covers only the eligible shipping charge and does not include import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

6. Import Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. MorgRie does not control these charges and cannot confirm their amount before an order enters the destination country.

Customers are responsible for checking any applicable import requirements before placing an order.

7. Delivery Delays

MorgRie will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes stated above. However, production, customs, carrier and local delivery delays may occur.

Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Where relevant information is available, MorgRie will provide customers with updates regarding significant delays.
